Dr. Paul Ro, DDS, received his undergraduate degree from the University of Maryland and his dental degree from Loma Linda University School of Dentistry. A trusted El Paso dentist since 1999, Dr. Ro has spent over two decades helping thousands of patients across Central El Paso maintain healthy, beautiful smiles. He takes a hands-on, personalized approach to dental care — sitting down with each patient to understand their oral health history, concerns, and goals before recommending any treatment. Born and raised in El Paso, Dr. Victoria Gutierrez is proud to care for the community that helped shape her. After earning her bachelor’s degree in Biology from Texas Christian University, she returned home to complete her dental education and begin her career, bringing her passion for patient-centered care back to the Borderland.

Dr. Gutierrez believes the best dentistry begins with trust. She is committed to helping every patient feel comfortable, informed, and confident throughout their care by taking the time to listen, answer questions, and create a welcoming experience for patients of all ages. Whether it’s a routine visit or a more complex treatment, her goal is to help every patient achieve a healthy smile they can feel good about.

Outside the office, Dr. Gutierrez enjoys staying active, spending time with her husband, Michael, and making memories with family and friends. Their home is happily shared with three rescue dogs and one cat.
